Resilience – what is it?
Resilience originally referred to the elasticity and resistance of materials and systems in physics.
In humans, resilience is the ability to deal with personal crises, adverse living conditions and strokes of fate and, despite everything, to achieve a good quality of life and to preserve or regain a positive attitude towards life.
Based on concrete examples, the video illustrates how to increase your resilience to better cope with stressful situations.
