3 tips to overcome the winter blues and enjoy also the dark season:
1. Fill up with light and fresh air
Even if it’s cold and miserable: Walks in the fresh air brighten your mood and increase your ability to think and concentrate.
2. Smile as often as possible
Set youself up for a good mood. Stand in front of the mirror and smile at yourself. This works especially well in the morning.
3. Eat a balanced diet
We don’t mean chocolate! A single ingredient can’t really make us happy. But a balanced, healthy diet can. And what season is more suitable than winter for extended cooking sessions?
